Who owns The Nature Trust native woodlands?

These native woodlands are under the ownership of The Nature Trust, an Irish not-for-profit. The Nature Trust will manage these for nature on an open-access basis in perpetuity.

Yes. Once they start to mature, all of The Nature Trust new native woodlands will have open public access.

Will The Nature Trust trees get cut down for commercial use?

No. As The Nature Trust woodlands will be managed for nature for future generations, trees may need to be removed in order to create a pathway or for safety reasons but these woodlands will not be felled commercially.
